Skip to content We have a new mounting system. Headphone design has changed so that some headphones do not have an optimal surface for the adhesive of Velcro. We’ll still include Velcro in your order, as well as the new mounting hardware. Our new system makes it easy to switch from our headband to your headphones. The new mount is designed for right side use and is compatible with our pre-set profiles.
(TrackIR compatible Pucks and Odysseys are designed for left side use.)
If a snuff can with some hot glued tubes can last for years, then so can your Puck or Odyssey. You have lifetime support and your Puck or Odyssey is guaranteed for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding intentional or accidental damage. Your purchase record is your warranty receipt. If you do accidentally damage your Puck or Odyssey, or leave it in the windshield of your car on a hot summer day, give us a call anyway.
