Our guarantee of satisfaction is unconditional. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return your purchase(s) made at www.grassmonkeysimulations.com within 30 days from receipt.

Return Policy

If you find Grass Monkey Simulations products purchased from our web site do not perform to your needs (subject to normal wear and tear), you can return within 30 days from receipt, unused merchandise in original packaging including the complete accessories for a refund.

The customer must carry the expenses of the return if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones. If you return goods by reason of a defect within the warranty period or by reason of a shipping error, Grass Monkey Simulations takes over the shipping costs. Please pay attention that Grass Monkey Simulations can only take over the expenses for the standard shipping. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned item(s) and cannot give a refund.

Returned products will be inspected and refunded if the damage is the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications. We undertake to fully refund the cost of any defective products.

We do not refund products:

Grass Monkey Simulations products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable life of the product are not replaced.

Refunds

Your credit card will be credited for the price of your product and any taxes, excluding shipping costs.
Payment will be made when Grass Monkey Simulations has received and processed your returned item.
Please remember that payment companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers’ records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Grass Monkey Simulations cannot guarantee return credit for orders that are not returned in accordance with our returns policy.
