General shipping & delivery notes
At grassmonkeysimulations.com, we strive to ship your order within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Despite our best efforts, inventory, shipping and other matters beyond of our control occasionally hold up an order. For this reason, any statements regarding average shipping times should not to be viewed as a guarantee that a product will ship on a specific day. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Warehouse pick-ups are not possible.
• Orders are processed Monday through Friday. The tracking number will be sent via email as soon as the products leave our warehouse.
Due to the nationwide COVID-19 crisis, the processing time in our warehouse may take longer than usual. We apologize for the inconvenience!
USPS Priority Mail
This is the default option for domestic shipments, and U.S. territories. Average delivery time is 2-3 business days, with guaranteed delivery dates for commercial addresses. Delivery to some remote residential areas may take additional days.
First Class Mail International
First-Class Mail International (FCMI) service is the default option for international deliveries to more than 190 countries, including Canada and Great Britain.
Shipment to Canada with USPS
The transit from the US to Canada takes about 10 days. Some items may be delayed if held by Canadian customs for additional inspection. We are unable to provide you with details from Canada Post regarding the status of your customs inspection, as they provide no information on specific items awaiting inspection. Once the customs clearance is completed, items are handed over to Canada Post for delivery.
• As soon as your shipment is in transit, USPS International does not allow any change of the delivery address.
• Please consider that customers carry any taxes, handling, customs and/or duty fees imposed by their country on imported products.
Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide COVID-19 impacts, delivery times to Canada may be extended up to 3 weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience!
