You have lifetime support and your Puck or Odyssey is guaranteed for 2 years against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding intentional or accidental damage. Your purchase record is your warranty receipt. If you do accidentally damage your Puck or Odyssey, or leave it in the windshield of your car on a hot summer day, give us a call anyway.
